Frequently asked questions
If I change my tariff, will I still get PeakSave?
Yes, PeakSave is available to all electricity customers with a smart meter, no matter what tariff you choose.
Can I change my tariff without exit fees?
If you’re on a fixed tariff, then you can swap to another available fixed tariffs without paying exit fees.
If you’re on a fixed tariff, and you want to move to our Standard Variable tariff, then an exit fee will be applied.
There’s never an exit fee to pay if you move from our Standard Variable tariff to a fixed tariff.

Based on our currently available fixed-term tariffs compared with Ofgem’s price cap for the period 1st April 2024 to 30th June 2024. The energy price cap starting 1 April 2024 is £1,690 a year for a typical household who use gas and electricity and pay by Direct Debit. This is based on an annual gas usage of 11,500 kWh and annual electricity usage of 2,700 kWh. Eligibility and terms and conditions apply.
