* Of all the installations in the month of October, all customers were surveyed and we received 3899 returns. All customer comments are accurate and un-edited (with the exception of grammar and spelling), however, we have removed customer and employee details.
In the month of October, 79.7% of our customers who responded* rated us as a 9 or a 10. 15.1% rated us between 5 and 8 and only 5.15% rated us 0 to 4.
