• We give our employees thorough sales training before they offer you any products or services
• We quality-check sales and provide coaching to our sales advisors regularly, to ensure you continue to get the highest possible standard of service from us

We're committed to fairness

• We discuss your contract with you and ask you the right questions so you’re happy you know what you’re agreeing to
• We give you 10 calendar days from the date your contract pack is sent to you so you can read its terms and contact us if you decide to cancel
• We give you the name and direct phone number of the sales advisor who sold you the contract so you can ask them any questions. We give you the number of their direct manager too, in case you ever need to contact them directly
• If you're agreeing to a contract in writing we give you a copy of the terms to read through thoroughly first

• Our Account Managers will call to introduce themselves and even send you a business card with their photo so you know who you’re talking to
