*Energy Savings Trust, 07/09. Based on a gas-heated, 3 bed semi-detached property with no existing loft insulation and average levels of existing cavity wall insulation. Consumption based on industry average consumption assessed by BERR (17,616 kWh gas, 3,3935 kWh electricity). Actual savings depend on type, age of home and individual circumstances.
