Here's how to check that we've received your reading:
- Log in to your online account.
- From the 'Your Account' page, select 'Manage account'.
- Now scroll down and select the 'meter read history' link and you'll be able to see all the readings on your account.
Need to send in a reading again? Submit a meter reading online now.
