If you get a message to tell you that your Safe & Secure system system has lost mains power; this might mean that your home has a power cut, or that someone has unplugged the Hub from the mains, or that the mains socket where the Hub is has been turned off. There is no need to worry as your system has backup battery power and will keep working for a around 12 hours.
If there is a long power cut or your Hub remains unplugged from the mains for a long time, your Hub will eventually run out of battery power and your system will then stop operating. You will be notified when this occurs.
When the power does come back, you'll get another message to let you know there's no need to worry.
