Please inform us of the deceased's passing at the earliest of opportunities.

After this, you will not need to contact us again until the keys are due to be returned to the landlords. At this time we will need an accurate meter reading. We will then close down the account and send a final bill to the solicitors / executor. We will not send reminders for any outstanding balances until the keys are returned.
