If you would like to change your bank details for your energy account:
- Simply log in to your online account.
- Select your energy, gas or electricity account by clicking on the 'manage account' link.
- Then select 'Manage Direct Debit'.
- Select 'Update bank details' and enter your new details.
- Finally, scroll down and choose 'save details'
Please note: If your instalment is due in the next few days, then it would still need to come out from your existing bank account as we would have already submitted the request to your bank. In this case, the change would be reflected from your next instalment only.
Variable Direct Debit: If you pay for the gas and electricity you use rather than a fixed amount each month, you will need to contact us to change your bank details. Please send us an online enquiry or call us on 0800 048 0202*.
HomeCare customers
To update your bank details for your HomeCare account:
- Simply log in to your online account.
- Select your Insurance & Repair account by clicking on the 'Manage account' link.
- Then select 'Manage Direct Debit' from the left side of the page.
- Select 'Replace an Existing Direct Debit’ and enter your new details.
- Select ‘Continue’ and ‘Submit’ to confirm.
