You can book an appointment for a free survey of your home either online or over the phone. When you book online, we ask you to give us two preferred days and times and then our Home Insulation Team will call you to advise the exact date.
Whichever way you choose to book your survey appointment, we will always send you a confirmation letter in the post.
If you'd like to arrange a survey you can either book it online, or call us on 0800 077 3880.* The survey times available are Monday to Friday 8am-12pm or 12pm-5pm.
