When you register your Nectar card with us, the points for your Energy and Insurance and Repair products will be allocated 3 months later.
Your Annual Customer bonus points will be added once a year if you have held your Energy or Insurance and Repair account for 12 consecutive months, after you have linked your Nectar card to your British Gas account.
Bonus points for Direct Debit, Paperless Billing and submitting a Quarterly or EnergySmart™, meter reading will be awarded 14 days after the action has been taken.
Bonus points for booking an online Boiler Breakdown visit or an online Annual Boiler Service will be awarded 14 days after the engineer has completed the Service or repair.
