Why have I received an annual statement when I am a Pay As You Go Energy™ customer?

You have received an annual statement so you have clear information that helps you decide how you'd like to pay for your energy.

Your annual statement shows:

  • Your tariff - so you know which tariff you are paying and if this has an end date. When you are close to your tariff end date you will be contacted and advised of your future tariff options.
  • Your usage - shows you how much energy you used in the last 12 months.
  • Your projected costs - You are also shown how much your energy will cost you over the next 12 months if you do not make any changes to your energy usage.
  • Frequently asked questions - this shows you who to contact if you are looking for independent switching advice and if you would be charged for changing supplier.

The statement only shows energy usage costs. If you are paying an outstanding balance through your pay as you go meter this will not be shown. To find out how much you have left to pay towards an outstanding balance, read more below:
