First of all, head to the account login page and please login using the username and password you will have received.
When your hub is flashing white it is searching for devices to add onto your system.
When your hub is flashing red then it is ready for you to start installation.
You will need to open your devices to install or replace the battery. The battery pack in your starter kit contains a small key that will gently open up all the devices in the starter kit.
