EnergySmart™ works by requiring a meter read each month in order to provide you with an accurate bill.
- When you join EnergySmart, you choose the date you want to receive your bills.
- We email you before your bill date each month to remind you to give us a meter reading which is needed within approximately a 7 day window period.
- Give us a meter reading online, by SMS or using your smartphone.
- Get your accurate bill and review your months energy consumption. You can also only pay for the energy you use if you pay by monthly variable Direct Debit each month by credit/debit card online. However you can also spread your payments each month with our Monthly Fixed Direct Debit option.
