It's easy to check your account balance online. When you log into your account we show your account balances on the first page you see - if you want to see more detail just follow the steps below:
- Log in (or register here).
- Choose either your gas or electricity account and click "manage account"
- Select "billing" from the left hand menu.
- Then choose the “view bill or statement” option.
Your balance will be shown on this page, along with all the information you need to understand how we calculated this.
