There are 3 ways to pay with EnergySmart:
- Monthly variable Direct Debit - the exact amount is taken from your account each month,
14 calendar days from your bill date.
- Monthly fixed Direct Debit - agreed set amount every month by Direct Debit (we normally review your Direct Debit payments twice a year).
- Debit or credit card - pay your bill in full every month over the phone or online.

You can change your EnergySmart payment method at anytime by calling 0800 048 0202*, we're open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on a Saturday.
