It’s easy to register for an online account. You’ll need your Customer Reference Number, which is at the top of any bill, renewal statement or letter we’ve sent you, as shown below:
As well as your Customer Reference Number, we ask you for:
- Your name (so we can check we’re registering the right person).
- A password so you can access your account in future.
- Your email address - this is used to log into your account once you’ve registered - we also use this to send you important information about your account, like letting you know when your bill is ready, or when to submit a meter reading.
- A security question - in case you need to reset your account details in the future.
