• Your current meter reading, see how to read your meter.
• Your meter serial number.
• If your meter has been exchanged, the meter exchange details can be seen on a sticker or card that's on or near your meter.

How to find your meter serial number.

1. Gas meter: 6-10 digits, beginning with L or M and usually under the meter reading window.
2. Electricity meter: 13 digits, beginning with S or F and usually under the meter reading window, next to the barcode.
