Check if your keyfob is at home by going to the Safe & Secure online dashboard and logging in. Check the presence widget to see if your keyfob is at home or not.
If your keyfob is definitely lost then British Gas can provide you with a new one – please call 0800 980 8593.
As an additional safety measure we recommend that you delete the keyfob from the system. Head to devices and then and 'remove' the keyfob in question.
