To change the time/date of your breakdown appointment:

1. Go to 'log in' or 'register'.
2. Once you have logged in, select your 'Insurance & Repair' account by clicking the 'manage account' link.
3. Scroll down to your 'appointment diary'.
4. Click 'change booking' .
5. Change your appointment date or time to one that is more suitable.
