If you cannot see the installation bar, you may need to reset your Internet Explorer settings.
To do so, you can use the Microsoft guide ’How to reset Internet Explorer settings’.
Here you can check how resetting Internet Explorer will affect your computer. You’ll be given the option to have Microsoft reset Internet Explorer for you under the ‘Reset Internet Explorer for me’ section, or alternatively you can use the ‘Let me reset Internet Explorer myself” section for a step-by-step guide.
