- If you've had a boiler installed this year then you are a British Gas customer. You will need to email us on help@britishgasswimming.co.uk and provide us with the month it was installed and your postcode.
- For health and safety reasons and to help manage capacity the voucher is valid for the specified date only. However, under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the pool you may be able to arrange an alternative date.
- You are free to choose any participating pool.
- Unfortunately only participating pools will accept our vouchers, however we have tried to ensure national coverage. We will continue to update any new pools on a frequent basis.
- As this is a family swim we have tried to make sure most of our pools permit children. However there are a small number of pools which are adult only. It is important you check before selecting a pool.

- The voucher is issued for one household and is a max 2 adults and 3 children. However many pools operate under the Swim4Life programme which is Government sponsored which allows children under 16 to go free. Additional adults in the party will be charged separately by the pool.
