As the colder temperatures have started to settle in, this week we have had the annual central heating switch-on and have experienced exceptional demand from our customers. We are repairing more boilers than ever before and we now have a range of options available to book a central heating engineer.
As well as calling us and speaking to one of our team, there are now several ways that you can book your breakdown engineer – without having to wait on the telephone. You can book an engineer through our website, our smartphone app and now also through our automated IVR service (for central heating engineers only).
By booking through any of these methods, you will have the identical access to breakdown and service engineers as you would by speaking to one of our advisors. We will also send you instant SMS confirmation, to give you that peace of mind that your appointment has been arranged. Giving you the choice of how you would like to book your appointment.
If you have an online account, you can book an engineer by:
1. Log in to your online account.
2. Select your Home Services account by clicking the 'manage account' link.
3. Select the 'book an engineer' link on 'your account summary' page.
4. Follow the steps and book your engineer appointment.
