There are just a few days until the winners of our Flip Flop competition will be selected so this is your final opportunity to enter for your chance to win VIP tickets to the British Gas Swimming Championships.

This competition marks a celebration of our British Gas 'Pools 4 Schools' initiative which sees the construction of temporary swimming facilities in areas of 'aquatic deprivation' across the UK. The temporary, mobile pool can be used by local schools and community groups which gives children the opportunity to overcome any fears of water, get some exercise and learn a vital life skill.

We're using leftover flip flops from the Great Swim Series 2011 to help decide which lucky winners will receive our fantastic prizes. To enter, visit the Flip Flop Flip section on our Facebook page, enter your e-mail address and click 'Flip' to generate a random number between 1 and 1000. This coming Sunday (11th December) the numbered flip flops will be thrown into a pool in Birmingham and members of the British Swim Team will pick flip flops out at random to determine the winners. If the number on the flip flop corresponds to your generated number then you've won one of our fantastic prizes!

We have plenty of great prizes up for grabs; two pairs of VIP tickets to the British Gas Swimming Championships at the London Aquatics Centre in March 2012, five one month memberships to Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres as well as 10 sets of British Swimming Team signed merchandise. Only 1000 flip flops will be flipped into the pool though, so enter quickly before all of the numbers are claimed!

We're also donating 3000 pairs of flip flops to Nova's chosen charity, The Red Cross, who will distribute them to people who are struggling to afford footwear in Africa so all of the flip flops will go to a much needed home.
