- A full Gas Safety Record detailing the work carried out, any defects as well as any suggested remedial work
Unlimited callouts
Unlimited calls means just that. No restriction to the number of times you call to report a fault and seek a repair under the agreement term.
Parts and labour
Parts and labour means that an engineer will be dispatched to attend to the failure and seek to repair and restore the system by providing the parts and labour to remedy the fault, in line with the current product terms and conditions. This breakdown provision is available for the remainder of the 12-month agreement for the conventional central heating system, which includes the boiler, radiators, associated pipe work, pump, associated controls and tanks (not cold water).
Gas Safety Record
At the same time as we carry out the Annual Service, we will carry out an inspection and issue a Gas Safety Record for the boiler under this agreement, along with up to three additional mains gas appliances at the same Business Premises.
Regulation 35 of The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 states, 'it shall be the duty of every employer or self-employed person to ensure that any gas appliance, installation pipework or flue installed at any place of work under his control is maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent risk of injury to any persons. Find out more at www.HSE.gov.uk »
This means that you are legally required to have the necessary safety checks completed on each gas appliance, flues and associated gas pipework and be able to produce a record of this work having been carried out. This has to be done on an annual basis and the record kept as proof. This is done through the issuing of a Gas Safety Record.
