British Gas BusinessCare's annual service keeps your appliance working as safely and efficiently as possible. On top of that, we help to make sure your Gas Safety Records are kept well up to date.
Unlimited calls means just that. No restriction to the number of times you call to report a fault and seek a repair under the agreement term.
Parts and labour means that an engineer will be dispatched to attend to the failure and seek to repair and restore the system by providing the parts and labour to remedy the fault, in line with the current product terms and conditions.
An appliance can be a gas boiler, warm air heater or water heater and a full system includes, but is not limited to, expansion tank, pipework, cylinder and radiators
