  • We discuss your contract with you and ask you the right questions so you're happy you know what you’re agreeing to
  • We give you 10 calendar days from the date your contract pack is sent to you so you can read its terms and contact us if you decide to cancel
  • We give you the name and direct phone number of the sales advisor who sold you the contract so you can ask them any questions. We give you the number of their direct manager too in case you ever need to contact them directly
  • If you agree a contract in writing we give you a copy of the terms so you can read through them thoroughly before agreeing and signing
