I don't want to renew

I don't want to renew

If you decide you don't want to renew, you'll need to let us know you're switching 30 days before you want to leave.

For a smooth switchover please make sure you:

  • Have paid all your bills
  • Are out of contract or nearly at the end of your Fixed Price Energy Plan

We'll write to you if a new supplier tries to take over your account, you haven’t paid any bills or if your contract ends.

If we don't hear from you

If we don't hear from you

If we don't hear from you and your current plan ends, we'll put you onto a Variable Price Plan or VPP.

On a Variable Price Plan, you have three options:

1. Stay with us and start a new Fixed Price Energy Plan

  • Your energy rates are fixed for the life of the plan
  • It’s generally cheaper than being on a Variable Price Plan
  • Allows you to budget your monthly spends
  • No nasty surprises

2. Stay with us on a Variable Price Plan

3. Leave at any time

You'll need to let us know you're switching suppliers – remember you’ll need to write to us 30 days before you want to leave, and pay all of your bills.
