i have tel. b g about 6 times spoken to 6 different names &never had a reply in the specified 7 days,my gas & elec acc,s have been changed from quarterly to monthly without my consent , i'm still waiting !!!! I only know from my online account what is happening and have to manage changes myself,but would not trust B G operatives to do their job at their end

I preferred the old billing system. I don't like the credit/debit balance system. It isn't transparent and I don't trust its accuracy.

I have been a customer for some time now and would like to think that I am valued by this company. I am always looking for the best deals possible and think they can do more to retain their existing customer's to keep them. I like BG as they appear to be reliable and offer a good service, but as other providers become just as competitive or more in some cases it is becoming harder to justify staying with BG
