Managing your Direct Debits
How do I change my Direct Debit payment date?
Gas and/or electricity customers:
- Please send us an online enquiry with your preferred payment date and we'll amend the date for you.
- You can choose any day between the 1st and 28th of the month.
You can change the payment date for your HomeCare® Direct Debit online:
- Log in to your online account.
- Select your Insurance & Repair account by clicking on the 'Manage account' link.
- Then select 'Manage Direct Debit' from the left side of the page.
- Select 'Change the Payment Date of an Existing Direct Debit' and enter your new details.
- Select 'Continue' and 'Submit' to confirm.
Please note: if your Direct Debit payment is due in the next few days your payment will still be taken on the original date. Your new payment date will be used for your next instalment.
