I've lost my Payment Card: how do I get a new one?
You can order a new card online from within your account, just log in or register, there is no charge for this. If you call us to order a new card there is a charge of £5, which we will add to your account. Your new card should take 10 working days to arrive.
If it hasn't arrived and you need to make your next payment, you can:
- Make a payment online , by debit or credit card
- Pay by phone, using our 24 hour automated service on
