Can I still see my account history from before I moved to one bill?

Yes - if you have an online account you can see your account/payment history online.
Follow these simple steps to access your account history:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select your energy, gas or electricity account by clicking on the 'manage account' link.
  3. Then select 'Billing' using the left hand navigation bar.
  4. From here just select your bill history and pick the date of the bill you want to check.
  5. If you need to check your payment history click the link just under your bill history.
