I've moved and given you a final meter reading: when do I get my bill?
Your final bill can take up to 7 working days to reach you after you've given us your final reading and details of your move. If it's more than 7 working days since you gave us your details and you still haven't received a bill, go to our contact form and choose 'Moving home or changing names'.
To help us sort this out as quickly as possible for you, please have the details you originally provided to hand.
