Boiler & controls breakdown cover

British Gas boiler and controls breakdown cover provides you with professional expert help from one of our fully trained, highly skilled engineers.

This level of cover does not include an annual boiler service which is recommended to keep your boiler running safely and efficiency. If you would like to include an annual boiler service please see our HomeCare® range.

With Boilers & controls breakdown cover you'll benefit from

• Gas boiler and control repairs.
• Parts and labour included.^[1]
  
• Replacing your boiler if it is less than 7 years old and cannot be repaired. 10 years if installed by British Gas and you have had a continuous cover agreement for the life of the boiler.
• Unlimited call outs per contract year.
• Call our 24/7 customer helpline and an engineer will be with you as soon as possible.

There are a few exceptions

• Annual service of your boiler.
• Central heating system.
• Removing sludge or hard-water scale from the boiler or system.
• Repairing or replacing an extended flue.
• Cosmetic or third party damage.
• System improvements.
• Piped or electric underfloor heating.
• This product is not suitable for tenanted properties.
