Our basic boiler cover with an annual service
HomeCare 100™ is our basic HomeCare® package, providing cover for your boiler and controls with an annual boiler service, safety and energy efficiency test.
With HomeCare 100™ you'll benefit from
- Repairs to gas boiler and controls.
- Annual service of your boiler with a safety and energy efficiency check.
- Parts and labour.[2]
- Unlimited callouts per contract year.
- Replacing your boiler if it is less than 7 years old and cannot be repaired. Less than 10 years if installed by British Gas and you have had a continuous cover agreement for the life of the boiler.
- Accidental damage.
There are a few exceptions
- Central heating system.
- Removing sludge or hard-water scale from the boiler or system.
- System improvements.
- Shower repair.
