The adviser and gas installer were lovely and very thorough. They were tidy and friendly and did their work to a high standard. The electrician however, did not introduce himself to us at all and did not fit a new fuse spur as requested (and charged for), he simply used the old one which we had disconnected as we did not know what it supplied(which we would have informed him of had he botherd to talk to us). He also did not fit the cable to the wall securely.

Overall we were very satisfied with our new boiler and the work done by the gas engineer, but bitterly disappointed with the electrician. Also happy that the work was done promptly as we had a small baby to keep warm and no heating or hot water prior to this.
