Investing in a new boiler can save you money and bring you peace of mind.

Replacing an old boiler with a new A-rated condensing model and heating controls could save you around £300 per year.

Running your boiler typically accounts for about half the cost of your energy bill so it makes financial sense to ensure it's running as efficiently as possible.

Our new models are all A-rated, as recommended by the Energy Saving Trust, meaning they’re some of the most environmentally friendly around.

Modern boilers come with the most advanced controls that make it easier than ever to run your heating and hot water. Our Hive Active Heating™ system even lets you control your heating on the go.

It’s also worth considering that many new models run at low noise levels and are compact in size, which is helpful if you want to change where your boiler is located in your home.

We work with our manufacturers to make sure that spare parts for our boilers are available for many years to come, so you won’t need to worry about being caught out.

If you think you need a new boiler, book an appointment with one of our expert Heating Advisers. They’ll assess your heating needs, offer you free energy-efficiency advice and a give you a fixed price quote.

Its taken British Gas 6 years to sort out my problem and numerous visits from the engineers. It has cost me a fortune and I have never received any form of compensation.
Wish I had never used them in the first place. I must say their engineers are polite even if they don't know what they are doing.

The engineer who installed the boiler could not have been more helpful on the day, particularly when the boiler which had been recommended could not be installed as agreed because the flue would not fit through my roof space. As a result of this a plasterer had to be called out to fill the hole the fitter had put in the ceiling to install the flue, and the boiler had to be fitted on the wall at a lower level than I had anticipated. None of this was the fault of the fitter but I was disappointed that the heating adviser did not take enough steps and measurements to ensure that the boiler he advised me to order could be fitted in my kitchen in the way he told me it would be, but at least it led to me getting a substantial refund on the price quoted as the lengthy flue he had ordered could not be fitted.

Heating advisor needs to be more diligent when doing the survey. The installation engine came across several issues that I think should of been flagged on the initial survey

The Boiler-replacement went very well, from the booking of the Job to the Parts Delivery, finishing with the Rubbish Removal. The Contractor, who did the work, was excellent!
