Our installation guide
[1] £245 saving based on combined savings for electricity and Feed-in Tariff (FIT) compared to a standard, A-rated, condensing boiler. Assumes industry average standard gas consumption of 16500 kWh with a heat output of 14837 kWh and an industry average standard electricity consumption of 3300 kWh with 60/40% split between electricity used on-site/exported on a typical export tariff. Actual energy savings depend on individual usage/circumstances. Feed-in Tariff only available for first 30,000 micro-CHP installations.
[2] Assumes industry average standard gas consumption of 16500 kWh with a heat output of 14837 kWh and an industry average standard electricity consumption of 3300 kWh with 60/40% split between electricity used on-site/exported on a typical export tariff. Actual generation depends on individual usage/circumstances.
[3] Requires 6kWh heat demand on the boiler for approx 8 minutes to start generating 1kWh of electricity. Generation will vary depending on individual circumstances and usage. Any less than 6 kWh heat demand will reduce electricity generation proportionately.
