Once you agree to an installation, we’ll usually take a 10% deposit. The full amount is only paid once your new boiler is up and running.

Initial installation etc excellent, gave 9s and 10s. A couple of weeks later it rained and water poured down newly installed flue all over contents of ironing basket necessitating 4 loads of washing. Apparently the lead flashing on the roof had not been fitted correctly causing the leak; leaving me regretting my previous glowing review. Not impressed.
