My boiler broke down just before Christmas and the new one was installed, as promised, on the date arranged. Every person I dealt with was professional and friendly. All parts were ordered correctly, and delivered on time. The installation engineer was excellent, and the whole day was problem free. Even down to the electrician who arrived to sign off his part, and the man who picked up the scrap parts, I was surprised how well organised the day was.
