- National breakdown coverage with a customer helpline available, 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
- With British Gas you have options to select a heating system guarantee for up to 5 years.
- We guarantee on all installations that spare parts will be available for at least 10 years after the installation of your new boiler.
- We will endeavour to be there the same day if your boiler breaks down and you have no heat and hot water (including Christmas Day).
- Safety during your installation is our number one concern. We have full public liability insurance to cover any accidents that may occur during and after the installation. All our Engineers carry an ID card so you'll know your dealing with a genuine British Gas representative.
