How is my tariff affected?
Use the table below to see how your tariff is affected by the price drop.

What will happen to my direct debit payments?
As you pay by Direct Debit we'll automatically review your monthly amount at your next reassessment, so there's no need for you to do anything.

How will pre-payment meters be updated?
If you have a prepayment meter you will need to visit a PayPoint outlet from the 4th February 2010 to get the new prices transferred onto your meter. You will then be able to continue use the Home Energy Top Up service as normal.

How will my payment by quarterly cash or cheque be affected?
You will benefit from the price reduction immediately from the 4th February 2010, so there is no need for you to do anything.

Great news - we're dropping our Gas prices by 7%*.

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas which means you'll be saving on average 5.8%.

Pre-payment meters

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas which means you'll be saving on average 9%.
(Pre-payment meters are meters that you top up using a card, key or token)

Price protected tariffs

Your prices will not be affected by this as your prices are fixed

Your prices will not be affected by this reduction as fixed price tariffs are designed to ensure that prices will not increase above the rates detailed in your contract.

Although prices have come down recently, there's no certainty that they will stay this way. By fixing your prices you can be confident that your prices will not increase, whatever happens to prices.

Your prices will not be affected by this as fixed price tariffs are designed to ensure that prices will not increase above the rates detailed in your contract.

However the good news is that you fixed your prices at the right time so you're still paying less than customers on our standard tariff, even after the price reduction.*

Your prices will not be affected by this as fixed price tariffs are designed to ensure that prices will not increase above the rates detailed in your contract.

As your tariff ends on the 31st March we'll be writing to you soon with details of the options available to you. No need to do anything now, the letter will explain it all to you.

Price Guarantee March 2011

With immediate effect we've cut our standard gas prices by 7%, the great news is we're also reducing your prices from the 4th February 2010. This means you're paying a premium of 3.1% above our newly reduced rates and you will be protected from any future increases.

Click Energy 3

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas. As a Click Energy 3 customer (for gas) you will receive 4%* price decrease.

Click Energy 4

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas. As a Click Energy 4 customer (for gas) you will receive 4%* price decrease.

Click Energy 5

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas. As a Click Energy 5 gas customer you will receive an average 6% price decrease*.

Click Energy 6

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas. As a Click Energy 6 customer your prices have dropped, saving you an average of £74 if you have dual fuel and an average saving of £7 if you have gas only versus our new standard prices.

WebSaver 1

As a WebSaver 1 customer we have maintained your Dual Fuel 10% discount vs. standard tariff, although please be aware tariff comes to an end on 31st March 2010.

WebSaver 2

As a WebSaver 2 customer you are guaranteed minimum discount of 6% vs standard tariff for dual fuel.

WebSaver 3

As a WebSaver 3 customer you are guaranteed minimum discount of 6% vs standard tariff for dual fuel.

WebSaver 4

As a WebSaver 4 customer you are guaranteed minimum discount of 6% vs standard tariff for dual fuel.

Online Saver

The good news is from 4th February 2010 you will be paying less for your gas. As an OnlineSaver customer you will continue to receive a 3% discount against our standard gas tariff.

Your prices are not decreasing, however you are still paying very competitive rates.

WebSaver 5

As a WebSaver 5 customer you are already on one of our cheapest tariffs with an overall saving of £154 vs out standard tariff if you have dual fuel and an overall saving of £86 if you are on gas only.

Your prices will not be changing as a result of this price event.

Essentials tariffs

Your prices are not decreasing, however you are still paying very competitive rates.

Green tariffs

Good news for Zero Carbon customers, you will be paying less for your gas.

Future Energy

This price drop only affects our gas prices. However, we will continue to match 100% of the electricity you use with energy from renewable sources

Zero Carbon

Track and Save 2010

Your prices are still guaranteed to be lower, on average, than your local suppliers Standard tariff when taking dual fuel and paying by direct debit until 1st May 2010.

Track and Save 2011

You will see a drop on average of 4%. You will also continue to enjoy a minimum 2% discount versus our Standard rates until 31st January 2011

Discount Tracker

You will receieve an average of 6% reduction on your gas bill. Your prices will continue to be 6% below our new lower Standard prices until 31st January 2011.
