The Price Guarantee December 2009 rates apply from 1^st June 2008 or date of registration if later until 31^st December 2009. The Price Guarantee December 2009 rates are a premium rate of 9.8% for domestic electricity and 9.8% for domestic gas customers above our standard variable rates as at 18^th January 2008.

Price Guarantee December 2009 excludes any changes in VAT or changes to discounts applied to your bill. We will honour the Price Guarantee December 2009 rates unless we are prevented from doing so by the action or anticipated action of any governmental or statutory body. We may withdraw this offer at any time. Subject to availability.

If you cancel the agreement, either by moving to another gas or electricity supplier or requesting to change your gas and/or electricity to another of our tariff(s) at any time prior to 31^st December 2009 we may apply a cancellation charge (inclusive of any VAT that may be applicable). The cancellation charges are £20 for electricity and £55 for gas. This charge will not be applied if the agreement is cancelled due to a home move.

Price Guarantee December 2009 is not available to Gas only or Prepayment customers. If for any reason such a customer is registered for Price Guarantee December 2009, we reserve the right to switch such customer to our standard variable rate. If you move house during the period of this agreement it may be transferred to your new address at the Price Guarantee December 2009 rates applicable to that area.

Customers already signed up to one of our long term contract offers (for example, Price Protection 2010 or Price Protection February 2009) may register for Price Guarantee December 2009. However,the relevant contract termination fees may apply.

At the end of the Price Guarantee December 2009 period we may switch your product(s) to another Price Protected capped or fixed price product if it is available or standard product if it is not.
