Priority Response is a new central heating repair service which guarantees next day response at the latest for customers who find themselves with no heating or hot water. Plus, any repairs will be carried out for an all inclusive fixed fee, starting at £120*.
Guaranteed next day responseIf you find yourself without heating or hot water, we will guarantee to respond to your breakdown by the next day at the latest or you’ll get your money back.
Exclusive to British Gas energy customersAny British Gas energy customer can use our 24 hour priority line for any central heating problem.
Friends and familyWhen you apply for Priority Response, your friends and family will also be entitled to the same repair service at the same fixed fee if they are also British Gas energy customers.
