For as little as £3 a month you can upgrade to our EnergyExtra 50™ tariff and benefit from the following

• Guaranteed next day latest engineer visit for central heating repairs when you have either no heat or hot water.
• Each completed repair and any related faults costs £99.

Savings are versus a customer with average annual consumption of 16,500 kWh for gas and 3,300 kWh for single rate electricity, paying by Monthly Direct Debit on our Standard tariff prices as at 12th January 2012. Savings are a rounded average across all regions including VAT; actual savings will vary depending on individual circumstances.
