Add EnergySmart™ to your tariff for free
You can add EnergySmart™ to our variable and fixed tariffs. We’ll also send you a free electricity monitor so you can see exactly how much energy your appliances are using, in real time. This will help you see how much energy you use so you can manage your usage.
Set up and personalise your online account
It’s quick and easy to set up your online account. You can select which day of the month you'd like your bill sent out, as well as choose how you would like to manage your payments. You can also set energy usage targets to help reduce your bills each month.
Submit your meter readings for accurate bills
With EnergySmart™ you submit your own monthly meter reading online, by SMS or using our Smartphone app so you'll only pay for the energy you use. We'll even text or email to remind you when your meter reading is due. Plus earn 100 nectar points per monthly meter reading submitted.
Track your usage online
Log in and take advantage of our online tools for monitoring and tracking your energy usage. You can view month by month how much energy you have used, and eventually you will be able to compare it to last year’s usage too.
