Overall I find using the online system quite good though I would prefer more time to send in my meter readings. Because of my situation, when I get a reminder I am given only two weeks to send in my readings; another seven days would, in my situation help a great deal.

I have never had a problem with B.Gas until the last meter reading online. I incorrectly input the number, I rang, sent several emails, nobody came back to me. I emailed again, in the end I had to ring and spoke to a lady who told me it had already been sorted. Communication needs to be looked at.

Only thing that I am unhappy with is the meter itself it doesn't go direct to you, you acknowledge there is an issue and I'm told we are priority but it will be looked at next year to me this is not priority! Fed up in giving meter reading
