I'm not convinced we have the best price available. Smart meter not successful as no mobile support. Why do we have to provide meter readings when boxes outside? If you not paying meter readers we should have a discount.

My Gas account is quite easy to use apart from when I was trying to apply for Price Protection 2016 - it wasn't that easy to spot where to go to apply. Otherwise the system is OK.

The gas and electric account I have is well done BUT the customer service support on the phone is horrendous, I cannot get an answer to a question regarding my account as I am not computer literate!!!!! enough for the person I was put through to regarding my dual fuel account usage.
Comes to something when age and lack of computer knowledge mean you cannot talk on a personal level regarding your account. Am awaiting daughters knowledge when she visits!!!

Confirmed purchaser

Started on a low payment plan and been running with that for around 18 months. I was never sent any letters asking to raise the amount in the payment plans. With both accounts I started receiving letters demanding over due payments and threatening to cancel my payment plans if I didn't clear the debt. Most of the advisors were very unhelpful and I was made to feel like i was in their debt. I would like to change providers but my debt is too high.
