With HomeCare 200™ if you have a breakdown, you'll have peace of mind that you can call our 24/7 manned customer helpline giving you access to over 7,000 Gas Safe registered engineers. You'll also benefit from an annual boiler service with a safety and energy efficiency test.

While we do look after many things you'd expect us to, there are a few exceptions
