CP12 offer

As you should be aware, you’re legally required to have all gas appliances in the properties you let checked every 12 months and to also hold a Gas safety record. We can make the whole process so much simpler for you with our standalone Gas safety check (CP12) at just £65[1] for your boiler.

As part of our service

  • We offer a choice of convenient appointment slots.
  • We’ll also call you when your engineer is on the way.[3]
  • We’re on hand with our 24 hour customer helpline.
  • You don’t need to be a British Gas customer or have one of our boilers to benefit.

Annual Gas safety check (CP12) includes:

  • An inspection of your boiler and its gas pipe work.
  • Completion of gas safety record (CP12), emailed to you the next day after successful completion.
