Information for landlords
At British Gas, we’re the experts when it comes to safety with gas and electricity. Because we’re always looking for ways to help our customers, we’ve also compiled lots of information about what a landlord is responsible for and the legal obligations you must comply with. You’ll find out what British Gas can help you with, but in some areas more research will be required and organizations like the National Landlords Association can help you.
