  • Annual Service of your whole central heating system
  • Yearly Maintenance Inspection of your plumbing and drains
  • Maintenance Inspection of your electrical fixtures and fittings once in every continuous two year period
  • Unlimited call outs

It also includes the Gas Safety Inspection – essential for all rental properties:

  • Yearly inspection of your gas pipework and boiler
  • Completion of your Gas Safety Record and access to duplicate copies
  • Professional advice on any work required or defects found
  • Access to our dedicated landlord’s advice line – 0845 300 0303
  • For an extra fee, additional gas appliances can be checked and issued with a Gas Safety Record
