Remote Heating Control enables you to switch on (and turn off) your central heating system via your Smart Phone, anywhere, anytime, meaning that you’re in constant control of your home’s heating.

Not only will this help you save the pennies (you’ll be able to pay for your energy exactly when you need it) but the chances are you’ll reduce your carbon footprint, and the days of returning to a cold home will be a thing of the past.

So here’s how it works

The system centers around a hub-based wireless platform, which connects your Smart Phone to your boiler and digital thermostat (provided) via the Internet.

Once your British Gas engineer has installed the system, all you’ll need to do is download a free Smart Phone application, which will enable you to control the temperature of your home via a simple dashboard. The application will enable you to monitor the temperature, both inside and outside of your home, so that you can stay in control, 24/7.

If you don’t own a Smart Phone then don’t worry, the system can also be controlled via a PC or alternatively, via SMS.

And the good news is that the Smart Home revolution doesn’t stop with controlling your home’s temperature.
